The HEIC → JPG or PNG conversion happens entirely in your browser. Your photos and filenames never leave your device, and there is no photo-upload endpoint on this site.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count anonymous pageviews. It uses no cookies or fingerprinting. We also use Google Analytics to understand whether people select, convert, and download photos, see the paywall, and start or complete checkout. Google Analytics uses a first-party cookie and receives ordinary browser, device, session, and approximate-location data. Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled.

Analytics events contain only small counts and coarse labels such as JPG, PNG, paywall, or download. We never send photos, filenames, URL query strings, Stripe session IDs, email addresses, or conversion error messages to either analytics service. We use this data to improve the tool, not for advertising or personal profiles.

Stripe processes payments if you choose to unlock unlimited conversions. After payment, we email you your unlock link from alan.tippins.labs@gmail.com. We don't store your email or contact you again.

We don't add your email to an account or marketing list, and we don't sell analytics data. The lifetime conversion counter, unlock state, and a short-lived checkout marker live only in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data resets them.
